OPTUS

We just re-designed and developed a responsive experience for one of the world’s largest telcos.




Our brief was to reimagine the online experience for Optus, one of Australia’s largest telco companies. To kick the project off we undertook a large research piece to better understand the business and its customers.

My role on the work was Lead Experience Designer. I worked closely with my UX team to interpret the research into UI sketches, lead the design direction of the UI designs, developed low-fi prototypes, and developed a living breathing digital style guide and design system, complete with front-end templates.

Within this project we ran user-testing and research tasks frequently to continually validate design and development decisions that were being made.

It was a mammoth project and our team was awarded a Webby Award in the Shopping Category for this work.
